We had a great experience with Stefan from Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction. I contacted him on Tuesday after my parents suddenly noticed a leak coming through their kitchen ceiling, and he responded incredibly quickly. That same afternoon, he came out to inspect the issue, identified the problem, and explained the possible solutions clearly and honestly.

We really appreciated his professionalism, transparency, and willingness to help during a stressful situation. It’s hard to find contractors who are both responsive and honest, and Stefan definitely was. We’re very thankful for his help.

Clark Brothers is the construction company that will provide the best personalized service I’ve had in years. And that says a lot. The crew members are both highly skilled and courteous. Stefan gave us a precise estimate and also spotted a few problems that urgently needed attention and saved us a potential leak issue. Liz coordinates from the office and between the two I was always able to get the few questions I had answered. All work was done to the last detail and cleanup was spotless. Thanks all!

Highly recommend Clark Brothers Roofing. They replaced the roof on our HOA poolhouse and handled some additional work, and we were so impressed we hired them again for my personal home. I’ve used Clark Brothers Construction a few times over the past several years and have always had a great experience. Every interaction I’ve had with their team has been professional and responsive. I’ve worked with Stefan, Liz (Project Manager), and Esther, and all have been easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Most recently, I had a pretty significant leak pop up the day before Thanksgiving. Clark Brothers was able to send someone out on Thanksgiving morning to fix it before another round of rain came through, which I was incredibly grateful for.

Their pricing has always felt fair, and the service has been consistently reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clark Brothers Construction.

I highly recommend this roofing company for anyone needing trustworthy, quality repairs. They completed extensive repairs on my mother’s roof and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the crew was punctual every day they were on site. They identified additional issues the previous contractor had missed and corrected them properly. The final result not only looks great but is structurally solid and well-done. Exceptional service and workmanship—five stars!

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Clark Brothers Construction. From the beginning, Stefan helped with our roof inspection and replacment...guiding us through the process as well as keeping us informed about scheduling the job. In the office, Esther, provided the support we needed to get through the financial hurdles as this was a warranty replacement from Home Depot! I would definitely recommend Clark Brothers for any of your roofing or construction needs. They are the ultimate professionals!

We hired Clark Brothers to update the exterior of our home. It was a large job that included replacing all siding with new Hardie Plank, new exterior paint, removal of windows, removal of porch columns and railings, new solid cedar posts, and a cedar tongue and groove ceiling on our covered porch. The results are stunning. Stefan was our contact from start to finish. He’s a great communicator, spent lots of time answering our questions, prepared an easy-to-understand proposal, and even provided computer images to help us make final selections. Stefan is committed to quality and happy clients; he went over and above to ensure that hubby and I would be thrilled with the final product. The teams that were onsite worked hard every day, were respectful of our property and kept the job site clean. Overall, we had a great experience.

We hired Clark Brothers to build a screened in porch on the back of our house. From the beginning to the end of the project Stefan Ball oversaw the entire process. He was terrific to work with. I want to give a huge thanks to Clark Brothers for their fast response and dedication to the job. I called Clark Brothers the morning after Hurricane Helene. Stefan Ball came out immediately and inspected the roof. He chalked the roof to show the damages and took pictures. The pictures and inspection notes were sent in within days to the insurance company making the replacement quick.

The entire roof was replaced in one day and they also replaced all of my roof vents. Thank you Stefan for all of your help.

He acknowledged all of my request and did not try sale more than what i asked or needed for the project. With ease, Alejandro preforms far above his position. He did an incredible job explaining the process of the scope in great detail, doing extra research about information I requested to ensure building codes had not changed recently. Clark Brothers did a great job with installing hardy backer siding for the entire house, new gutters with guards, new garage door, shutters and minor roof repairs. It’s been about 7 months or so since the project and i have not had any issues. I have used their services on multiple separate occasions. The project with CB was a true partnership / relationship and did not feel like a transaction.
"Clark Brothers [CB] was one of six outfits that we called / solicited quotes from for a project that initially started out small; replacement of gutters and downspouts, but quickly grew in scope. We found CB pricing to be congruent with all of the vendors, but ultimately decided to work with CB given (A) their willingness to explain the extent of the work to be performed and (B) we felt most comfortable working with our primary contact; Scott Steffens who was with us throughout all facets of the project. As mentioned the project quickly grew in scope; partially by design and partially out of necessity given underlying issues that were uncovered once the work began. Throughout all aspects of the work we were kept informed via a wide variety of methods; text, photos, video. This was especially critical as the Property Manager for the project was 1100 Miles away. The project lasted approximately 2.5 months from start to final payment and throughout the whole process; Scott Steffens and Monico Hernandez were accessible and a pleasure to deal with. It is also worth mentioning, the CB personnel on site each day were always very cordial and friendly. The project with CB was a true partnership / relationship and did not feel like a transaction; they were receptive to our questions and wanted to ensure we had a full understanding of the scope of the work.
