Position Details
- Title: Sales Specialist
- Type: Full-time
- Location: Field-based (primarily residential & commercial properties)

What You’ll Do
- Manage assigned leads from appointment to job approval
- Conduct property inspections (must be comfortable walking roofs & climbing ladders)
- Provide accurate estimates, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and building codes
- Oversee multiple projects and coordinate with clients & teams
- Prepare detailed Estimates, Work Orders, Material Orders, and Change Orders
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Pursue professional growth by attending Clark Brothers meetings & training
What We Offer
